'Ohi'a Lehua
Hard enamel pin of the 'Ohi'a Lehua (Metrosideros polymorpha), a culturally significant flowering evergreen endemic to Hawaii and one of the most important woods in Hawaiian culture. Their stunning flowers range from red to yellow. 'Ohi'a are usually the first plants to grow on fresh lava flows. These iconic trees are now threatened by Rapid 'Ohi'a Death (ROD).

Iolani Palace
Enamel pin of 'Iolani Palace, the only royal palace in the United States. Cornerstone laid December 31, 1879 with full Masonic rites, completed in 1882. The palace served as the official residence of the Hawaiian monarchs, where they held official functions and received dignitaries from around the world.
