- 2 bunch asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- \- salt
- \- pepper
- \- lemon zest
- \- grated Parmesan

## Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F (200°C) for 3 minutes .

Trim the woody ends from 1 bunch asparagus .

### Cook

In a bowl , toss the 1 bunch asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil , 2 cloves garlic , salt and pepper to taste until evenly coated.

Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 7-10 minutes , depending on the thickness of the spears, until tender and slightly crispy.

Note Thicker spears need closer to 10 minutes; thin spears may be done at 7 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
