Air Fryer Garlic Broccolini

  • 2 bunch broccolini
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

Prepare the Broccolini

Rinse and pat dry the 1 bunch broccolini . Trim the tough ends.

Season

In a bowl , toss the 1 bunch broccolini with 1½ tablespoons olive oil , 3 cloves garlic , ¼ teaspoon salt , ¼ teaspoon black pepper , and ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes .

Preheat

Preheat the air fryer to 375 °F (190°C) for 3 minutes .

Air Fry

Place the broccolini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-10 minutes , shaking halfway through, until stems are tender and tops are slightly crispy.

Serve

Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and a squeeze of lemon juice from lemon wedges.
