- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 salmon fillets

## Instructions

### Make the Glaze

In a bowl , whisk together 2 tablespoons white miso paste , 1 tablespoon soy sauce , 1 tablespoon mirin , 1 teaspoon grated ginger , 1 teaspoon grated garlic , 1 tablespoon honey , and 1 teaspoon sesame oil until smooth.

### Marinate

Pat the 2 salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place in a shallow dish. Pour the miso mixture over the salmon, coating all sides. Marinate in the refrigerator for 20-40 minutes .

### Air Fry

Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F (200°C) for 3-4 minutes .

Remove the salmon from the marinade, gently brushing off any excess to prevent burning. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray .

Place the salmon fillets in the basket skin-side down, making sure not to overcrowd.

Cook at 400 °F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes . The salmon should flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of 145 °F (63°C) at the thickest part.

Note For a stronger miso flavor, brush additional glaze on the salmon halfway through cooking.

### Serve
