Banana Pancakes
You can make healthy pancakes out of a fluffy banana egg mixture.

Ingredients
- 120 g flour
- 13 g white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 g salt
- egg
- 240 g milk
- 26 g avocado oil
- bananas
Steps
Step 1
Combine 120 g flour , 13 g white sugar , 2 tsp baking powder , and 1 g salt in a bowl. Mix together egg , 240 g milk , 26 g avocado oil , and bananas in a second bowl.
Step 2
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
Step 3
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown, 5 minutes per side. Serve hot.
