Brian's daily Greek yogurt + whey snack. Hits high protein with minimal effort. Eat cold straight from the bowl, the psyllium thickens it as it sits.

## Instructions

Add 320 g low-fat Greek yogurt to a bowl .

Stir in 1 scoop whey protein powder until fully blended and no powder pockets remain.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp psyllium husk over the top and stir through.

Top with 100 g frozen mixed berries . Let sit about 2 minutes for the berries to start thawing and the psyllium to thicken, then eat.

Note For higher protein days, use 2 scoops whey (+24g protein, \~440 cal). For more carbs, add a drizzle of honey or a sliced banana.
