- 0.50 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 0.50 cup beef broth
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- \- beef
- \- steamed rice
- \- green onions

## Instructions

### Sauce

Combine 0.50 cup low sodium soy sauce , 0.50 cup beef broth , 4 tbsp hoisin sauce , and 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl . Mix to make Mongolian beef sauce.

### Cook

Season beef with salt and pepper. Place in a sous vide bag with the sauce.

Cook in sous vide water bath at {135%F} for 2 hours .

### Finish

Remove beef from bag and pat dry.

Heat a wok or skillet over high heat. Sear the beef until caramelized on all sides.

Pour remaining sauce over the beef and reduce until thick and glossy.

Serve over steamed rice with green onions .
