Oven Roasted Asparagus
Tender asparagus roasted with optional Parmesan and garlic, seasoned with sea salt and pepper, and finished with a splash of lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 cup Parmesan
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 0.50 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
Place 1 bunch asparagus , trimmed, into a mixing bowl . Drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with 0.25 cup Parmesan 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp sea salt , and 0.50 tsp black pepper . Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 14 minutes depending on thickness.
Step 4
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp lemon juice
