## Instructions

Add 1 cup rolled oats to a mason jar or container with lid .

Add 1 cup milk , 0.50 cup plain Greek yogurt , 1 tbsp chia seeds , 1 tbsp honey , and a pinch of salt .

Add 1 cup frozen mixed berries .

Stir everything together, seal, and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours .

In the morning, stir again and eat cold. Add a splash of milk if too thick.
