## Ingredients

- 0.50 lb pork
- 1 cup sliced scallions
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 re-hydrated chinese mushrooms
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 0.50 cup bamboo shoots or water chestnuts
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pkg wonton wrapper

## Instructions

Mix together the 0.50 lb pork , 1 cup sliced scallions , 1 tbsp grated ginger , 2 tbsp soy sauce , 1 tbsp sesame oil , 4 re-hydrated chinese mushrooms , 1 tbsp cilantro and 0.50 cup bamboo shoots or water chestnuts .

Heat a wok and 1 tbsp oil . Stir-fry quickly, then allow to cool.

Place one tablespoon filling in the center of the 1 pkg wonton wrapper , moisten the edges with water and fold in half. Pinch the edges closed.

Repeat with the remaining skins.

To cook, place the dumplings on a steamfer rack and set over simmering water and steam until done, about 7 minutes .

Remove with a slotted spoon and serve as is, or add to a hot greased skillet turn into potstickers.
