Preheat the oven to 400 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper .

Place the 4 broccoli florets and lemon halves on the baking sheet.

Toss with 30 ml avocado oil , salt , and pepper , and red pepper flakes spread evenly on the baking sheet.

Roast 15 minutes to 22 minutes or until browned around the edges.
