# Sous Vide Lemon Salmon

## Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
- \- lemon juice
- \- lemon zest
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.13 tsp sea salt
- 1 lb wild salmon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons capers

## Instructions

Set your sous vide cooker to {115%F}.

Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil , 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary , lemon juice , lemon zest , 0.25 tsp garlic powder , 0.25 tsp black pepper , and 0.13 tsp sea salt in a small bowl .

Place 1 lb wild salmon into a zip-lock bag and add the mixture. Optionally add 2 cloves garlic and 2 tablespoons capers .

Release as much air as possible using the immersion method.

Place the bag in the water bath and set the timer for 30 minutes .

Remove salmon from the bag. Pat dry.

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear skin side down for 3 minutes for crispy skin.
