Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tsp sichuan peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.50 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 2 tbsp chili oil

Steps

Step 1

Mix 1 tbsp chopped ginger 1 tbsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp black vinegar , 1 tsp sichuan peppercorns , 1 tbsp shaoxing wine , 1 tsp sugar 0.50 tsp white pepper 1 tbsp chopped scallions 2 tbsp chili oil

Step 2

Serve as a dipping sauce for dumplings or spring rolls.
