## Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together 0.50 cup Greek yogurt , lemon zest , lemon juice , 2 tbsp garlic (fresh chopped), 2 tbsp fresh herbs (such as parsley and chives, chopped), 0.50 tsp salt , and 0.50 tsp black pepper .

Place 2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless skinless) in the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

Preheat oven to 400F. Remove 2 lbs chicken thighs from marinade, place on a baking sheet , and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
