  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 0.50 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon
  • sea salt

Equipment

  • sous vide immersion circulator

Instructions

Preheat sous vide immersion circulator to 185°F.

Place 1 bunch asparagus , 0.50 tsp black pepper , 2 tbsp olive oil , and the zest and juice of the lemon in a vacuum bag. Seal according to manufacturer's instructions.

Cook in the water bath for 10 minutes until tender-crisp.

Remove from bag, season with sea salt and serve immediately.
