- 0.50 lb mild ground Italian sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 0.25 cup grated carrot
- 0.25 cup grated red onion
- 0.25 cup minced celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.50 tsp dried thyme
- 0.50 tsp dried oregano

- sous vide immersion circulator
Instructions

Preheat sous vide immersion circulator to 160°F.

Combine 0.50 lb mild ground Italian sausage , 1 lb ground beef , 0.25 cup grated carrot , 0.25 cup grated red onion , 0.25 cup minced celery , minced 3 cloves garlic , 2 tbsp tomato paste , 0.50 tsp dried thyme , and 0.50 tsp dried oregano in a vacuum bag. Mix well and seal.

Cook in the water bath for 24 hours .

Remove from bag and serve over pasta.
