Vinaigrette Dressing
A 3:1 ratio Italian vinaigrette with herbs and Parmigiano-Reggiano, perfect for delicate greens, grilled vegetables, or crusty bread.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 0.50 tsp honey
- 1.50 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 3 tbsp fresh basil
- 0.13 tsp red pepper flakes
- 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
In a bowl , whisk together 0.25 cup red wine vinegar , 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice , minced 2 clove garlic , 1 tsp dijon mustard , 0.50 tsp honey , 1.50 tsp dried oregano , freshly grated 3 tbsp parmigiano-reggiano cheese , finely chopped 3 tbsp fresh basil , and 0.13 tsp red pepper flakes .
Gradually stream in the 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil while whisking constantly to create an emulsion.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
