Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup olive oil

- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4.50 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 cup cilantro leaves
- 2 limes
- 0.25 cup lime juice
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1.50 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic clove
- 0.25 cup tamari soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- — green onion
- 2 tsp fresh ginger

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 0.50 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning

About
Each marinade is enough for 1 to 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast. Marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Instructions
Chicken
Place 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (2 to 3 breasts) into a sealable bag or glass container.
Greek Lemon Marinade
Combine 0.25 cup olive oil , juice of lemon (about 3 tbsp lemon juice ), 2 garlic cloves minced, 2 tsp dried oregano , 1 tsp dried thyme , 1 tsp Dijon mustard , 1 tsp kosher salt , and 0.50 tsp black pepper in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
Cilantro Lime Marinade
Combine 0.25 cup olive oil , 0.25 cup cilantro leaves chopped, zest and juice of 2 limes (about 0.25 cup lime juice ), 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tsp ground cumin , 0.50 tsp chili powder , 1 tsp kosher salt , and 0.50 tsp black pepper in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
Honey Mustard Marinade
Combine 3 tbsp honey , 3 tbsp Dijon mustard , 2 tbsp olive oil , 2 tsp apple cider vinegar , garlic clove minced, 1 tsp kosher salt , and 0.50 tsp black pepper in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
Teriyaki Marinade
Combine 0.25 cup tamari soy sauce , 1 tbsp sesame oil , 1 tbsp rice vinegar , green onion thinly sliced, 2 tsp fresh ginger minced (about 1/2-inch piece), and 2 garlic cloves minced in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
Fajita Marinade
Combine 0.25 cup olive oil , zest and juice of lime (about 2 tbsp lime juice ), garlic clove minced, 1 tsp chili powder , 1 tsp ground cumin , 0.50 tsp paprika , 1 tsp kosher salt , and 0.50 tsp black pepper in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
Italian Marinade
Combine 0.25 cup olive oil , 2 tbsp white wine vinegar , 2 tsp Italian seasoning , 2 garlic cloves minced, 0.50 tsp red pepper flakes , and 0.50 tsp kosher salt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
Marinate
Pour the chosen marinade over the 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast in the sealable bag , seal, and refrigerate for 2 hours or at least 30 minutes .
Cook
Remove chicken from marinade and cook as desired until internal temperature reaches 165F, about 20 minutes .
