Ingredients
- 1.50 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 0.50 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 red chilies
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1.33 cups fried pork belly
- 1 handful holy basil

Instructions
Sauce
Mix 1.50 tbsp oyster sauce , 1 tbsp light soy sauce , 0.50 tbsp fish sauce , 1 tbsp white sugar , and 3 tbsp water in a small bowl. Set aside.
Stir-Fry
Pound 3 cloves garlic and 4 red chilies with a mortar and pestle .
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chili and garlic paste until fragrant and golden.
Add the sauce mix and allow the sauces to cook and blend together for a brief moment.
Add 1.33 cups fried pork belly and 1 handful holy basil . Toss to mix until the basil is slightly wilted and the pork belly is warm. Serve immediately.
