Best Simple Tossed Green Salad
Best Simple Tossed Green Salad is the easiest side dish and goes perfectly with just about anything! Totally customizable and tossed in the tastiest 6-ingredient homemade dressing!
Ingredients
- — minced shallot
- 50 g dijon mustard
- 50 g honey
- 50 g apple cider vinegar
- 8 g salt
- 0.50 squeezed lemon
- 2 g black pepper
- 1 clove pressed garlic
- 100 g extra virgin olive oil
- 1000 g mixed greens
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 50 g bacon
- 0.25 thinly sliced red onion
- — peeled and sliced cucumbers
- 5 sliced cherry tomaroes

Instructions
Combine minced shallot 50 g dijon mustard 50 g honey 50 g apple cider vinegar 8 g salt 0.50 squeezed lemon with zest 2 g black pepper 1 clove pressed garlic 100 g extra virgin olive oil in a jar , cover and shake vigorously to combine.
In a large bowl combine 1000 g mixed greens , 2 tbsp sunflower seeds , 50 g bacon , 0.25 thinly sliced red onion , peeled and sliced cucumbers and 5 sliced cherry tomaroes
Just before serving add dressing to taste and toss to combine. Serve immediately after tossing with dressing.
